We love the way it makes us feel, the way it improves our lives. Competing against each other and the leaderboard every day has us worn out physically and mentally. We want to be in the gym 5-7 days a week but the competition-driven culture has us sore and defeated.
We are ready for change because giving up is not an option.
We crave a casual side to fitness, but not in terms of results.
Casual fitness allows us to train every day.
We aren’t as beat up, sore, or mentally tired.
We enjoy chatting between sets and rounds, fist-bumping our friends on our way back in from a run.
The leaderboard doesn’t run our lives, nor does the pressure of hitting workouts as prescribed. We are met exactly where we are at.
We are casual when we want and need to be, but we still enjoy the hardcore benefits of training. Hardcore benefits include general physical preparedness, improved complex skills over time, competing only when is necessary and fun, and achieving the aesthetic goals we've always craved from our fitness program.
